The Alera Elusion Series chair has the common ergonomic adjustable settings but lacks great lumbar support. If you are on a budget and only do a few hours of sitting per day, this will be a serviceable option for you. For any folks working from home full time and requiring a chair for the bulk of your time, we recommend investing in a more ergonomic chair with better lumbar support.
