This product is nearly identical to the other micro USB to HDMI cables on our list. The primary reason for these is to output video from a small device such as a phone or tablet onto a larger screen. This cable is compatible with most devices, but not all. For example, it’s compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S i9100/i9188/i997 but it is NOT compatible with phones such as the Google nexus 5 or 7. Please read their full description to make sure your device will work.
One final note: you will need to restart your device the first time you plug this adapter in. So it’s not quite plug n play ready, but close enough.
