However, combining the two simultaneously is a daunting and time-consuming situation in which you may easily feel stressed out and overwhelmed. Time management becomes an essential skill to ensure you’re able to be present and deliver on time on both fronts. Create a Separate Environment for Study and Work

Working and studying from home can be difficult if you cannot concentrate on your tasks while still worrying about house chores. That’s why it is important to set an office room where you can close the door and only concentrate on your projects and study material. If you cannot allocate an entire space for this purpose, make sure to set a desk in a quiet area of your home and keep it as clean and organized as possible. Take Small, Regular Breaks

Setting five or 10-minute breaks for getting up from your seat and stepping away from the desk may sound counterintuitive when you’re in the middle of preparing a presentation or working on a project. However, almost all scientifically proven ways to study will recommend setting small, regular breaks to help the brain recharge and focus on the task. Remind yourself to step away from your desk and do something else, like eat lunch or do some light exercise, so that you can return energized.
